Committees of Bronze
The Performance Committee is charged with defining the execution of performance within the organization to include high-caliber, professional musical standards and quality.
The Equipment & Logistics committee is charged with coordinating the maintenance of all ensemble equipment (including handbells, mallets, tables, stands, etc.) in coordination with the Operations Manager.
The Innovation Committee is charged with defining the execution of innovation within the
organization including the conductorless model, debuting commissions, challenging repertoire, and differentiation from other ensembles.
The Finance Committee is charged with developing the annual budget and fiscal procedures for approval by the Twin Cities Bronze Board of Directors.
Education
The Education Committee is charged with defining the execution of education within the organization.

The Grants & Fundraising committee is charged with identifying financial resources to support Twin Cities Bronze and to seek alternative sources of income.
