The Performance & Outreach Committee is charged with defining the execution of performance within the ​organization to include high-caliber, professional musical standards and quality.​

Determine attire for concerts

The Equipment & Logistics committee is charged with coordinating the maintenance of all ensemble equipment (including handbells, mallets, tables, stands, etc.) in coordination with the Operations Manager.

First official charge from the baord:

  • Photograph equipment for equipment catalog and insurance purposes. 

  • Continue to work on identifying options for bell tables.

  • Develop a long-term equipment replacement plan, e.g. schedule and estimated costs.

Education

The Education Committee is charged with defining the execution of education within the ​organization, including Mobile Classroom and Mid-Winter Workshop

Mobilize the Mobile Classroom

The Communications committee is charged with developing coordinated content strategy and campaigns for the ensemble’s annual calendar of activities, maintaining and developing content for online profiles, (e.g. Google Business Profile, website, and any other social media)​

  • Develop an annual marketing calendar.

  • Coordinate with Performance and Outreach to develop a roster of handbell choirs in the metro area.

The Finance, Grants & Fundraising Committee is charged with developing the annual budget and fiscal procedures for approval by the Twin Cities Bronze Board of Directors. Additionally, this committee is responsible for identifying financial resources to support Twin Cities Bronze and to seek alternative sources of income.​
